All new connections within the Freedom Sanitary District boundary will need to complete a Water & Sewer Permit Application and payment must be received prior to excavation. Please contact the Distict Office to discuss connection fees and if there are any outstanding assessments that must be paid.
Freedom District must be notified 24 hours prior to connection to allow for inspection. We require that District Staff be onsite before the cap is removed from the sewer lateral. Water lateral inspections will need to be inspected when connection to curbstop is completed.
